What this is
Argua is a legal training and practice simulator. It is not a law firm, not legal advice, and not a substitute for a licensed attorney. Nothing you do here creates an attorney-client relationship.
What we collect
When you use the simulator, we collect:
- —Your name and email address
- —Your session transcripts — the full conversation with the AI judge
- —Grades and rubric feedback from completed sessions
- —Session feedback ratings and comments you submit
- —Basic technical and API usage logs (errors, page visits)
How we use it
We use this information to operate the simulator, fix bugs, and improve the experience over time. Transcripts may be reviewed to understand how the product is being used and where it can be better. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
What not to submit
Do not enter real client names, confidential client information, privileged communications, or details from actual pending or active legal matters. Argua is a training simulator built around fictional case packets. Treat your inputs accordingly — do not use it to process real casework.
Attorney-client privileged materials, work product, and any information subject to professional confidentiality obligations should never be entered into this or any third-party AI system.
